Real medical mysteries. Can you guess what did it?

Every case is a real patient from a published case report. You get the clues the doctors had, one at a time, and a moment to guess before the answer.

Latest case

Next case: Friday 6 November. Shorts in between: one-minute mysteries.

How it works

  1. The case opens. A real patient, symptoms that make no sense, and doctors who can't explain them yet.
  2. Case file. Halfway through, the clues are laid out side by side. Pause and make your guess.
  3. The answer. Then you see what did it, and how the doctors worked it out.

Each video names the case report it is based on, so you can read the original.
